GOV.UK Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Explained
By the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), contractors deduct 20% from registered and 30% from unregistered subcontractors as advance tax payments.
As you may be aware, as of the 1st of May 2024, Companies House Prices will increase. Some of the basic price rises include the following services;
Current Price: £10 Companies House Incorporation Fee (Government Charge)
New Price: £50 Companies House Incorporation Fee (Government Charge)
As our services include the government charge we also have to increase our price to cover the cost imposed by Companies House. We strongly recommend you submit all information before the 29th of April to avoid the charge.

If a package or service is purchased before April 30th the current (old) price will be honoured. However, if the details are submitted after the 30th of April 2024 at 4.00 pm then the submission will incur the additional charge by Companies House.
We strongly recommend that you submit all the information, including all the identity documentation, before 29 April to avoid the new increased cost imposed by Companies House.
The complete list of price increases can be found directly on the Gov website; https://changestoukcompanylaw.campaign.gov.uk/changes-to-companies-house-fees/
I would like to inform you that I have not received any email notifying me that if I had not submitted my information before April 29th, 2024, I would be obliged to pay an additional 40 pounds.
Regards,
Amina
